Noynoy Aquino and Jejomar Binay may win in the Philippine election 2010
Noynoy Aquino and Jejomar Binay are currently the leading candidates in Presidential and Vice-Presidential accordingly based on the partial COMELEC results. As announced by the Commission on Election chair Jose Melo, Aquino had secured 40.44 percent of the votes counted at random precincts. While vice-presidential race, Jejomar Binay led with 40.97% or 1,029,370 votes as of 9:39 p.m.
Former Pres. Joseph Estrada is second on presidential lead with 25.76 percent whereas Manny Villar comes in third place with only 13.98 percent. This is the partial official count of COMELEC as of this moment. Other names included in the Philippine presidential election 2010 are as follows:

Aquino and Binay was recently supported by Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero before the election through political ads and campaign. Was he a big factor for this big lead of two candidates?
