Responsibilities: Processes journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end activities. Monitors all received jobs from client and ensures all these are processed, escalated, and completed based on the targets set by the process owners. Maintains a pro-active mindset in guaranteeing continuous improvement in a Finance and Accounting environment. Take the lead and manage the reconciliation process for all assigned cash or suspense accounts. Prepare and distribute completed monthly reconciliations throughout the reporting period. Research and clear outstanding items, providing accurate identification and appropriate explanations/descriptions using Excel, SAP ledger system and other internal accounting systems. Provide analytical data and support documentation to business units so that they can resolve outstanding reconciliation items.

 

Requirements: Must be a BS Accountancy or Management Accounting graduate with at least 1-year related work experience in Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, and General Accounting. High analytical skills and keen on details. Average verbal communication skills. Ability to write basic correspondence to communicate information effectively. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAP or other accounting software. Fast learner and willing to be trained in a fast paced environment. Must be willing to work on night shifts and Philippine holidays. Must be willing to work in the Alabang, Muntinlupa area. Must be able to start by December 27, 2011. Full-Time positions available.
