MANILA, Philippines – A plane crashed in Camiguin, Northern Mindanao on Sunday and the incident left two people dead. According to local reports, the private plane with tail number of RPC209 departed from the Mactan airport, Cebu when it crashed to an area somewhere in Camiguin.
